Job Title: Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Coordinator/Production Control Clerk (GAO)

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)C oordinator/Production Control Clerk in Washington, DC. This is a SCA position and an on site role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Regularly run and review MAXIMO reports to ensure timely competition.

  • Review each MAXIMO request to ensure log is accurate and KPI’s were met.

  • Review standard MAXIMO reports and generate configured reports with an engine wizard and inquiry/report user interface for ad-hoc reports using parameters with embedded standard reports for tables and graphics.

  • Provide support to Building Services Help Desk to receive calls, address emails, and input/close tickets in MAXIMO.

  • Coordinate with EMCOR/Government staff to answer MAXIMO and report queries.

  • Will also conduct Space Management and Event Planning for building clients to include interface with Calendar software and interface with clients.

  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Requires experience with Microsoft Office Suite to produce professional/accurate documents

  • Requires MAXIMO experience of at least 5 years, customer service experience, and MAXIMO experience to create/complete work order tickets in MAXIMO.

  • Able to review standard MAXIMO reports and the ability to generate configured reports with an engine wizard and inquiry/report user interface for ad-hoc reports using parameters with embedded standard reports for tables and graphics.
