Job Descriptions:

Position Title: Analytical Analyst

Reports To: Program Manager

Clearance Type: Active Top Secret/SCI (willing to take CI Poly)

Work Location: National Capital Region

Start Date: On Contract Award

Job Description:

Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a federal agency personnel security program.

Summary of duties include but not limited to:

  • Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and schedules for stakeholders and facilities.

  • Assist in preparation of presentations.

  • Conduct massive data analysis to include development of query techniques, prototype programs and algorithms.

  • Develop innovative projects to analyze threat related information and entities strategically and tactically.

  • Provide reactive data analysis support in response to requests

  • Perform quality control of processes and products produced.

  • Assist in the development of administrative and organizational policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate and interact with behavioral and social science experts to conduct research and analysis.

  • Gather, analyze, evaluate and the prepare recommendation on threat and risk matters.

  • Prepare, produce, and disseminate both scheduled and unscheduled general products, such as briefings, studies, estimates, and assessments memoranda.

  • Represent activity in working groups and committees

  • Forecast gaps and initiate development of comprehensive collection plans.

  • Perform long - range planning in support of existing and projected mission requirements.

  • Make assessments as to overall resource capability to answer existing/projected requirements and identify resource shortfalls.

  • Assist in the development of administrative and organizational policies and procedures

Required Experience:

Required Qualifications

  • Current TOP SECRET. Must be SCI eligible and must be willing to pass a security CI polygraph exam.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of study or an Associate’s degree with 6 years progressive program management / analytic experience.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in related data analytic field

  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include SharePoint, Access

  • Proficiency with Data Analytic software to include MS Excel, Python, Tableau, MySQL, and SAS

Working Conditions:

  • Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

  • Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach

  • Able to sit, stand, walk, run

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
