MSX International is recruiting a to join our organization and be part of our team in Warwick.

The Role

You will be interacting with accident repair customers and Dealers, helping to avoid vehicles from a write-off situation allowing an increase in Revenue for Bodyshop, Dealer and Manufacturer. Part of the role will involve.

Role Scope

  • Build relationships with accident repair centres to maximise vehicle repair opportunity

  • Usage of our user-friendly accident parts management system

  • Review parts application against vehicle using electronic parts catalogues.

  • Communicate with supplying Dealers so that order fulfilment is completed within defined timeframe

  • Market research of auto parts and price information for clients. Comparison of OEM and Aftermarket parts, Product benchmarking and consulting.

  • Capture technical parts information from OEM catalogues

  • Provide analysis related to the auto parts industry.

    About you

  • Have a broad understanding of accident repair parts with a background in automotive parts supply from a Dealer or aftermarket supplier level

  • Experience of manufactures parts catalogues is essential

  • Understanding of the accident repair market and processes is desirable

  • Personable with friendly communication and negotiation skills

  • You will be a reliable, conscientious and enthusiastic individual who can work on their own initiative

  • Experienced in converting sales opportunities via telephone calls

  • An understanding of the wider automotive industry is desirable
