Visual Merchandising & Store Design Specialist for Ukrainian Market

Description

· Overseeing the store design project from concept to completion, including approval, production, implementation, and quality control.

· Supply all new openings and renovations with all merchandising elements.

· Collaborating with a regional SDVM team, retailers, and shopfitters.

· Forecast and order merchandising elements according to the merchandising guidelines, the distribution and renovation plans and aligned with the budget.

· Implements the VM strategy per brand based on Marketing Plan, priorities and guidelines

· Preparation/adaptation of Brand planograms and permanent/temporary merchandising, including slides, displays, launch units etc.

· Planning and execution of the Visual Merchandising elements for promotional activities

· Planning of the production and delivery of Visual Merchandising elements

· Inventory management (liability/allocations)

· Planning and monitoring the budget for Visual Merchandising material (collateral, local production)

· Briefs and monitors execution of Corporate Visual Merchandising & Store Design Team

· Shares promotional calendars and requirements with the Corporate Visual Merchandising team

· Communicates and validate budgets

· Monitors execution in terms of timing, quality, cost

· Collects feedback on the quality of Visual Merchandising execution

· Contributes to Retailer discussion regarding the visual strategy of the brand

· Drives innovation and continuous improvement on Visual Merchandising for the brand

· Works closely with Corporate Visual Merchandising in the affiliate and in the Regional headquarter to benefit from latest best practices

· Responsible for monthly account ledger (for own responsible areas)

· Creating PO, CAPEX request, documentation.

• Communicative command of the English, Ukrainian and Russian languages
