About The Product:

SAP for Me is the central element to improve the SAP customer experience along all touchpoints with SAP. With a strong focus on customers and partners, it provides a go-to place to cover all SAP engagements for existing SAP customers.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As the UX Design Lead of SAP for Me (for Partners), you will be responsible for leading and executing all UX activities, as well working collaboratively with the rest of the team to complete delivery of the SAP for Me For Partners Product.

  • Lead, discover and establish all day-to-day UX activities

  • Promote UX awareness within your Product Team and its members

  • Engage with end-users, business, and scrum teams to better understand the needs and workflows necessary for our products

  • Work with scrum teams to optimize workflows, eliminate roadblocks, and nurture continuous improvement around the UX of our products

  • Create process flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate and conceptualize detailed interactions for a variety of environments and users

  • Facilitate User Tests and Interviews to validate designs and prototypes before handoff to development

  • Conduct user surveys and feedback.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across all levels, teams, locations and take ownership of UX topics

  • Craft creative solutions and not be afraid to think outside the box

  • Share your UX knowledge via sessions, workshops, and consultations to foster a culture of design

  • Mentor less experienced colleagues on the UX best practices

  • Drive the implementation of user assistance and accessibility principles throughout the application

Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience working as a UX Designer.

  • We are looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Experience in working with User-Centered Design principles

  • Knowledge and experience in user assistance (language and accessibility)

  • Advanced knowledge of Figma for wireframe and prototype creation

  • Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods

  • Experience in conducting user interviews, workshops, usability tests

  • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive mindset, ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Excellent communication skills when working with diverse team members and managing stakeholder relations

  • Rapidly adapt to changing circumstances and enjoy problem-solving

  • Strong foundational knowledge and understanding of Agile Scrum

  • Flexibility in working with different time-zones

  • Prior experience or formal training in Project Management/Agile Scrum is a major asset

  • Experience with SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori Horizon is an advantage
