Fujitsu Receptionist Intern in Warszawa, Poland

We are looking for a pleasant Receptionist Intern ( Front Desk Representative ) to undertake all receptionist and administrative duties at the desk of our main entrance in our Warsaw office.

The ideal candidate will possess a friendly personality , a customer-oriented approach , as well as excellent organizational skills and time management abilities .

Key responsibilities:

  • Keep front desk presentable

  • Greet and welcome guests

  • Assistance with administrative duties

  • Answer questions and incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

  • Receive letters, parcels etc. and securing or distribute them

  • Check, sort and forward emails

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Keep updated records and files

  • Support to specific business units or teams

Requirements:

  • Availability from Monday to Friday (between 9.00-15.00)

  • Communicative English and Polish (oral and written)

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (e.g., Excel and Word)

  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer etc.)

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Customer service orientation
