Nestle Innovation Project Manager in Warszawa, Poland

Position dimension :

Responsible for the efficient, effective, flawless End-to-End management of Innovation & Renovation (I&R) projects of simple to medium complexity: plan and lead I&R projects End-to-End and orchestrate a cross-functional and multidisciplinary team to achieve the project defined Key Success Criteria and deliver against the business case. Ensure that the invested resources bring the expected return on investment with a flawless execution. Promote the I2L Mindset.

Job description:

  • Effectively manage project scope through proactive and open communication with internal and external stakeholders. Create alternative scenarios and adapt project plan to continuously strive for project performance

  • Apply project management tools and competencies to ensure the desirability, viability and feasibility for an on-scope, on-time and on-quality delivery of projects in compliance with requirements

  • Ensure adequate resources (people & budget) are allocated to the project

  • Ensure appropriate protection of Nestlé knowledge and project results

  • Enable results through others with or without authority in a matrix-like organisation and agile mindset

  • Embrace details and ambiguity while keeping a general view to reduce complexity and to strive for rapid but informed management decisions

  • Identify and engage with stakeholders creating synergies through effective networking with all relevant business partners and external partners

  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; ensure all relevant stakeholders are continuously informed of project status, risks, issues and action plans

  • Ensure effective, on-time decision making by providing deciders with the relevant information and recommendations

  • Contribute to an impactful business/commercial success by considering the whole picture of the project

  • Leverage basic and I2L Project Management practices

Requirements :

  • Has a minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional experience including managing projects, workstreams and/or initiatives

  • Has demonstrated the required project management competencies - technical, leadership & business skills within a cross-functional team

  • Has proven strong communication skills (Presents confidently and convincingly to steering committees)

  • A plus to have experience in I2L process

  • A plus to have project management certification e.g. PMP
