Google User Support Specialist, Googler Experience in Warsaw, Poland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in people operations, program management, and operations capacities across a variety of people operations disciplines/areas.

  • 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders.

  • Experience using tools such as Workday and other technologies across the HR ecosystem.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.

  • Strong operational mindset to deliver services and process improvements.

  • Demonstrated program and project management capability.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Deliver exceptional operational excellence within the EMEA GXO team. Collaborate on initiatives as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support the sharing and scaling of successes, opportunities for improvement, best practices, and learnings with broader teams.

  • Represent GXO in collaborative improvement forums across the PX ecosystem, including the customer and operational insights to effectively influence executive stakeholders and the priority of change programs.

  • Support the execution of initiatives and programs within GXO. Drive operational improvements through process changes, trend analysis, and procedure optimization.

  • Develop deep expertise in the systems supporting People Operations service areas, troubleshooting day-to-day issues and consulting with partners on changes to systems infrastructure.
