More information available here (http://www.hp.com/gb-en/poly.html?jumpid=va_ww_mu_mk_hc_r12129_aw_x_10957) .Currently, HP Poly is looking to set up a team of (Senior) Software Engineers specialized in iOS to work on Poly Lens project, giving its users a deep insight into collaboration environments across entire organizations with spotlight on how spaces and devices are being used. In this role, you will provide the end user with capability to configure and customize our best-in-class headsets, cameras and phones via cloud, desktop and mobile applications; perform integrations with UC partners to support our devices connected to Teams, Zoom, Jabra, and other, as well as work on USB, Bluetooth and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity to various HP Poly devices Responsibilities:

  • Architect, Design, Code, Unit Test, document and implement new & existing iOS apps.

  • Develop code that complies with design specifications and meets HP security. requirements. Coding must adhere to all standards for security, be easily maintainable and have high system performance.

  • Collaborate with Development & QA staff as part of a Scrum team.

  • Comfortable working in a loosely structured, fast-paced organization.

  • Create and maintain documentation and procedures related to architecture and overall development process.

  • Participate in design and code review sessions as appropriate; to ensure the quality of work delivered by self and teammates are in accordance with development standards.

  • Interact with business units to define requirements/modifications and use case to utilize in designing appropriate solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 4+ years of work experience with at least Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems or similar). Engineering or Master's degree will be preferred

  • Experience with relevant testing tools & libraries, including Xcode, UIKit, TestFlight, XCTest, CocoaPods, SwiftUI , UIKit, Combine, Grand Central Dispatch, CoreLocation, AFNetworking, CoreAnimation, CoreData.

  • Experience with Bluetooth and BLE. Experience with USB is a plus.

  • Experience with APIs using GraphQL, REST, JSON and XML.

  • Experience with Azure, GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.

  • A good understanding and working experience with Architectural Patterns, Design Patterns and UI/UX Design.

  • Ability to solve complex software development/design issues.

  • Ability to write clean, coherent and zero-defect code that meet the proposed defect SLAs and according to established coding guidelines.

  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise way.

  • Experience developing as part of Agile/Scrum team is preferred.

  • Have high sense of accountability for quality and timeliness of deliverables.

  • Ability to deliver on multiple projects and manage priorities based on changing directions.

  • Highly driven, resourceful and results oriented.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity.
