Citigroup Project Manager AVP in Warsaw, Poland
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team responsible for building of a firm-wide Risk platform for corporate trading. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects dependent on various systems within Markets Technology, and cooperate with a group of skilled developers, market risk managers and business owners to develop this franchise-critical strategic cross-business platform designed to run on cloud and scale largely.

What would you do?
Work closely with developers to plan and monitor the delivery of the project work;
Define priorities, report progress and highlight risks to stakeholders and senior management;
Take part in cross-team initiatives by collaborating with other PMs and Tech Leaders of others areas to establish realistic plans;
Contribute to the community of Project Managers within our area by bringing new ideas and learning from others.
3+ years of experience in IT Project Management
Track record of projects delivered within defined scope, budget and time.
Understanding IT fundamentals at the level sufficient for communication with developers
Positive interpersonal relationship with others in communication and problem resolution
Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field;
Nice to have knowledge or experience about Agile methodology.
