Zakres obowiązków:
koordynowanie obiegu umów z kontrahentami
obsługa wewnętrznych systemów wspierających procesy zakupu i sprzedaży programów
komunikacja z kontrahentami w kwestiach związanych z realizacją umów
przygotowywanie raportów z zakresu zawieranych przez zespół umów licencyjnych
koordynacja przepływu informacji i korespondencji biurowej
udzielanie wsparcia administracyjno-organizacyjnego dla zespołu
Oczekiwania:
tytuł licencjata lub bycia studentem/studentką studiów zaocznych
dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (B2)
doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku lub na stanowisku asystenckim
zdolność analitycznego myślenia
bardzo dobra organizacji pracy
skrupulatność i dokładność
komunikatywność
