Become part of the brand new Nielsen Mid Market Sales Team for EMEA based in Poland .
We are looking for someone who has a positive, open attitude and can work under pressure and roll with change. Someone who is ready to jump into a new team and bring a combination of sales craft, energy and positivity to this new and exciting role. This job is to work on the Mid Market sales team with a focus on Italy as a priority country within EMEA.
Aim of the position
Work with our mid market sales team lead,with an emphasis to drive new business but also develop revenue from existing clients,
Run and manage sales outreach programs to drive leads and pipeline for new business.
Ensure new business and renewal targets are met.
Find new growth opportunities in the local market
Develop new business and renewal pipeline
Manage Sales Pipeline
Be constantly updated on product and solutions, as well as the market landscape and strategic relations
Responsibilities
Follow closely the commercial client strategy for Mid Market to develop sales pipeline, support country leads and drive new business.
Be responsible for and report on individual sales pipeline and quarterly figures.
Identify new commercial opportunities/leads in EMEA
Build a sales pipeline for through the use of sales development tools (Zoom Info, Linked in Navigator, Salesforce)
Gain full understanding of the Nielsen products and offerings.
Collaborate with other Nielsen stakeholders to ensure best in class sales solutions.
Reach and possibly overcome the revenue targets assigned by the manager
Identify commercial opportunities with new clients and develop sales initiatives
Utilize Salesforce to track the entire sales and contract renewal cycle
Collaborate and exchange with other team members where necessary to drive overall revenue
Skills
Proven years of sales experience
Fluent in English and Italian
Proven commercial experience, preferably in target driven sales organization
Very strong understanding of the Inside sales and process and tools. (Zoom Info, Linked in Navigator, Salesforce)
Proven track record of sales experience and Inside sales with Leads generation, Outreach campaigns etc.
Very good pipeline management skills
Ability to deliver and sell transactional based Nielsen products
Knowledge of media landscape and audience measurement solutions
Knowledge of the advertising and media market landscape
Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
