Marketing Consultant (Spanish Speaking)

Mastercard is seeking a Marketing Consultant (Associate Managing Consultant) to join our Advisors Client Services team. As part of a global leader in data analysis and consulting services, you'll collaborate with diverse clients to develop and implement impactful marketing strategies. Join us in driving business growth and innovation across industries.

Responsibilities:

Manage deliverable development and multiple workstreams for client projects.

Contribute to developing marketing strategies and campaigns using technology and data insights.

Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner.

Deliver compelling client presentations and business recommendations.

Lead team meetings and project management efforts.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance solution development and intellectual capital.

Mentor junior consultants to drive project success.

Basic Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree with marketing experience.

Experience in managing tasks or workstreams in collaborative environments.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills in English and Polish and other languages at C1 level.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional experience in marketing fields such as digital marketing, SEO/SEM, video production, or print management.

Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Experience in solution development and measuring business impact.

Coaching experience and industry expertise are a plus.
