Siemens Global Business Services is looking for Logistics Handling Specialists with German language (f/m/d) to join our international Global Business Services in one of our divisions. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for customer order processing (products and systems), some logistics activities and regular contact with client. There is also a possibility to work remotely.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Processing and execution of orders in the system (SAP)

  • Contacts with customers via email/phone

  • Close cooperation with various internal departments

  • Organization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulations

  • Handling warranty and return process

  • Proactively raising improvement ideas

What do you need to make real what matters?

  • Good written and verbal communication in German (mandatory) and good level of English

  • Experience/background in logistics/customer service - will be a plus

  • Knowledge of SAP (nice to have)

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Open-mindedness, 'can do' attitude and positive attitude to perform tasks
