Ogólny zakres odpowiedzialności

  • Diagnozowanie i naprawa uszkodzonych produktów zgodnie ze standardami Firmy

  • Wykonywanie ekspertyz technicznych, modernizacji i testowanie produktów

  • Zapewnenie, by wymagana dokumentacja serwisowa jest kompletna oraz wszystkie informacje dot. naprawy / serwisu były wprowadzone do bazy danych

  • Zapewnienie, by wszelkie reklamacje klientów otrzymywane przez dział serwisu, były obsługiwane zgodnie z wytycznymi firmy w zakresie systemu jakości

  • Wsparcie techniczne dla klientów, działów handlowych oraz wsparcie terenowego działu serwisu

Oczekiwane doświadczenie/kompetencje

  • Dyplom ukończenia studiów inżynierskich / technicznych lub powiązanych

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego

  • Co najmniej 2-letnie udokumentowane doświadczenie w zakresie wsparcia technicznego lub serwisowego (najlepiej w branży elektromechanicznej lub medycznej)

  • Doświadczenie w obsłudze urządzeń medycznych i praca w środowisku szpitalnym będą dodatkowym atutem

  • Dobra znajomość obsługi pakietu MS Office

  • Doskonałe umiejętności diagnostyczne / wyszukiwania usterek

  • Silne zorientowanie na klienta

  • Doskonałe zdolności organizacyjne, umiejętność zarządzania czasem i priorytetami

  • Odpowiedzialność, dokładność i terminowość w działaniu

  • Bardzo dobre zdolności interpersonalne i umiejętność pracy w zespole
