Summary:

Meta's Enterprise Engineering (EE) department is seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Solutions Manager with experience in developing strategies and programs to join our Enterprise Infrastructure & Security (EIS) organization.In this role, you’ll be responsible for programs that deliver reliable and innovative infrastructure solutions for services leveraged by the entire company. You’ll be accountable for driving prioritization, program and project development, and net new investment decisions that scale Meta's enterprise. This unique role is embedded closely with multiple engineering teams, where you will be a key driver of piloting new technologies. You’ll be responsible for driving recommendations to executive leadership, ensuring delivery via implementation and cross-functional program engagement, and ensuring that the planning and execution process continuously improves.The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships across Meta, owning business unit engagements, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical cross-functional partners.

Required Skills:

Infrastructure Solutions Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Drive alignment of various verticals within Enterprise Engineering and beyond to achieve organizational-level goals

  2. Develop new program strategies that focus on driving improvements in efficiency, productivity, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

  3. Partner cross-functionally with Financial, Business, Technical, and Operational organizations to drive clear process alignment and go-forward short and long-term strategy

  4. Work in a very fast-paced and iterative technical environment with engineering and product leaders, ensuring execution of program goals

  5. Use technical judgment to drive new project evaluations, strategic and technological reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus

  6. Proactively identify and analyze complex, long-term, critical infrastructure problems with Enterprise Engineering leaders and stakeholders

  7. Bring clarity and transparency to every aspect at each level of the role through clear communications, presentations, identifying metrics and KPI that answer critical questions and provide the right level of data

  8. Own the communications for both near-term and long-term roadmaps, which includes executive updates, detailed project and program briefs, and status updates

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of experience in technical program management or solutions architecture experience

  2. Experience in enterprise infrastructure and application development

  3. Experience quickly synthesizing large amounts of information into actionable plans

  4. Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership

  5. Experience communicating effectively across business and technical teams

  6. Experience thinking multiple steps ahead and taking proactive steps to address roadblocks, issues, and distractions

  7. Experience leading without expressed authority, influencing decisions and outcomes
