Jacobs Highway Engineer with airport design experience (K/M/X) in Warsaw, Poland

Main responsibilities:

  • You will join to integrated international team and you will be working on a variety of airport projects,

  • As a part of the design team you will be responsible for the preparation and provide support for preparation of feasibility studies, scheme reports, simulations, scheme design and detailed design for major and minor airport projects,

  • You will be involved in bid preparation process,

  • Attending to internal progress meetings and liaise with designers within the international team and other disciplines will be also a part of your working day;

Here’s what you’ll need :

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor or a Master’s degree in a Civil Engineering or similar,

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in infrastructure design and construction related to airport/aviation projects,

  • Design license in the scope of relevant discipline (Highways/airport infrastructure) would be highly desirable,

  • Knowledge of EASA, ICAO and IATA standards,

  • Extensive experience of designing using CAD software,

  • Understanding of aviation/airport sustainability needs,

  • Good level of English,

  • Analytical, presentation and communication skills,

  • Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team;
