Title: Finance Analyst AP Scanning & Junior Accountant

Grade: 9

The employees will be responsible for:

  • precoding AP invoices for European countries

  • archiving AP invoices in the electronic form

  • cooperation with suppliers and AP team in Bangalore

  • administration of the ARC system (assigning the account to preparers and reviewers)

  • Auditing of T&E claims

  • issuance of IC invoices

  • posting of IC invoices

  • posting simple GL transactions

  • reconciliation of simple GL accounts

  • maintain supplier details in ERP Cloud
