What you will do:

  • Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements

  • Lead workshops to identify and design solutions for application gaps

  • Configure and prototype ERP processes to meet customer needs

  • Document system settings and contribute to specific client documentation

  • Support user acceptance testing and train key users

Skills and experiences

  • Practical experience in implementation and support of the D365 F&O / AX 2012

  • Understanding of the processes of the entire supply chain: sales, procurement, logistics/WMS, production and planning

  • Strong client interfacing and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated business acumen and performance excellence

  • Effective management of customer expectations

  • Ability to identify custom solutions and prepare fit-gap analysis

  • Fluent Polish and English, both verbal and written
