Google Digital Marketing Strategist, Customer Success Acceleration (English, Spanish) in Warsaw, Poland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in analytics or insight-based solutions.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.

  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.

  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.

  • Ability to build compelling narratives to influence clients utilizing data and insights.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.

gTech Global Customer Care (gGCC) is a solution-generating effort that helps our sales teams and advertisers. These solutions need to be scalable to support millions of customers worldwide. In addition to troubleshooting on the customer side, we work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better tools and services and improve our products based on the evolving needs of our users. As a Digital Marketing Strategist (DMS), you will be an expert in the analysis of our customers advertising activities and the markets in which they operate. You will craft unique recommendations and solutions for our customers and have an understanding of the market, industry, and business model of the companies you work with. You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's clients, and interpret how our range of product offerings can grow their business. You'll set the strategy for how their advertising can reach their ideal audience.

  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers/Account Executives to determine the optimal support for the client portfolio.

  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools in preparation to offer solutions for our clients business issues.

  • Analyze data and trends in order to create meaningful insights for clients.

  • Implement solutions, track performance, and optimize against advertiser goals.

  • Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers. Create proposals to represent solution design around client goals.
