As a CRM Technical Lead, you utilize your in-depth technical knowledge of the Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to solve complex business problems. You will be primarily focused on leveraging your experience to design and implement Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions on complex projects in medium to large enterprises.

You are also seen as a technology expert within the Dynamics 365 community and you routinely share your knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events.

What you'll do:

  • Contribute across all phases of Avanade projects (Discovery, Envision Prepare, Construct Evolve, Accept Release);

  • Leverage your technical expertise to Design and Implement enterprise grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions Lead development teams (both onshore and offshore), taking ownership of solution quality and driving best practice development approaches;

  • Provide direction to technical team members, such as developers, test leads, and release managers concerning solution design and approach;

  • Research customer issues that may be non-standard to offer solutions;

  • Own the project's technical design and solution development;

  • Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery;

  • Assist in sales activities and planning as required;

  • Travel as needed. You will be required to travel based on Project requirements;

  • Contribute to the CRM Talent Community through knowledge sharing, and by mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues.

Skills and experiences:

Your technical skills include:

  • Advanced understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

  • Deep experience in Dynamics 365 CE (i.e. Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing), Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse.

  • Deep experience with configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), Web API, Web Services, Azure Service Bus and SSIS.

  • Experience building PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls.

  • Experience implementing Azure DevOps with Dynamics 365 for CI/CD.

  • A solid understanding of relational database concepts.

  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

  • Experience of CRM integration with other systems

Your non-technical skills include:

  • Excellent communication skills (both Polish and English are required)

  • Client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan.

  • Consulting experience working with external clients.

  • Experience working with global/offshore teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance projects.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

You have a minimum of 5 years of related professional experience in CRM development and Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Information Technology, Business Technology, or Engineering). It will be a plus if you hold a certifications:

PL-600/MB-600
