SUMMARY

As a Product Manager at LotusFlare, you will ideate, build, and launch new products and iterate on existing products focusing on redefining the telecommunications industry. You will help to build the product from scratch to reaching product-market fit. You will work closely with the design, product, and engineering teams to define product roadmap and execute on delivering product features. In order to fulfill this expectation, we are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker who can understand and evaluate business needs, execute effectively under ambiguity, and has excellent communication skills. We need someone who can bring products to market, iterate product features, and scale the user base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product (60%)

  • Contribute to the strategy, vision, prioritization, and execution 

  • Conceptualize product roadmap & define feature requirements

  • Perform new product validation (via both quantitative and qualitative methods)

  • Deliver high quality products and drive large-scale projects and teams

  • Manage cross-functional resources and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Growth & Analytics (20%)

GTM/Acquisition

  • Create the overall GTM strategies to validate product-market fit 

  • Evaluate the existing activation process and recommend strategies to improve the probability of activation

  • Understand the “Aha! Moment” (the core value proposition) and develop strategies to let users experience this key value with minimal friction

Retention & Engagement

  • Monitor and analyze the behavior of new users to the product and identify any user behavior shifts 

  • Understand the performance of current retention and engagement drivers and identify additional drivers

  • Identify key user flows in core experience, measure drop off, benchmark and propose potential optimization

  • Structure and execute A/B tests to improve retention and engagement 

Market Research (20%)

  • Conduct market research (e.g., market structure & dynamics, competitive forces, business models, go-to-market strategies, b2b2c, SaaS, customer experience, and customer growth)

  • Perform evaluations and draw key conclusions from research that lead to actionable insights 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or similar technical field; advanced degrees a plus

  • Candidate must be able to effectively synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to quickly make data-driven decisions

  • Self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

  • Fluent with data analysis, A/B Testing, and statistics

  • Experience in user research and converting insights into product roadmap and features 

  • 2 - 5 years of previous experience in product management, management consulting, investment banking, or other relevant field

  • Obsessive around moving critical business metrics and products
