The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of tax topics and have advanced communication skills, fluency in English is essential. Several years of people-leadership experience are required. Leading a team of five Heads of Finance who are responsible for the country finance functions. Oversee the countries financials, profitability, cash flow, balance sheet and compliance. Be the business partner to the Country Leadership. This is a joint responsibility with the local Heads Finance, who are the first go-to person for the local business. Support and challenge the preparation of rolling-forecasts performed by the local teams, review monthly results, analyse deviations and support the definition of measures for improvement. Be an active part of the budgeting process (preparation and review) together with the CEE controller and the local Heads of Finance. Ensure compliance to IFRS, the Swo group accounting policies and to the Swo internal-control system. Be part of the development of the future finance organization in CEE, implementation of the new finance operating model, finalize the shared service center migrations and implement efficient and state of the art finance processes Lead, support and develop the local Heads of Finance and their team members Lead and oversee projects like Navision introduction, FSSC migrations, closure of subsidiaries and comparable.
