Zimmer, Inc.-Talent Systems Manager(Warsaw, IN): oversees, through partnership with IT and key learning stakeholders, the ZB Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure optimal performance, end user adoption, compliance, and productivity, and to confirm that the system functions as designed and validated; defines, documents, implements, and assesses internal processes and governance that drive standardized practice in the use of the learning management system that support efficient administration and effective learning experience for end users.Requires a bachelors degree (3-year bachelors degree or 3 years of study toward a bachelors degree accepted) in Communication, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Training and Development, or related field, or foreign equivalent and must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related position.
