Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy with a physical therapy degree as follows Minimum of a Bachelors degree if graduated prior 1/1/2016 Doctorate of Physical Therapy required if graduated after 1/1/2016 International Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school and possess a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy. Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree preferred. Must hold or be eligible to receive a Physical Therapist license in the State where services will be provided. State licensure must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment. Must be certified in CPR or must become certified within the first 90 days of employment. Must maintain all certifications and license according to the expiration date. American Physical Therapy Association membership preferred. If assigned to drive a company vehicle a valid drivers license is required. If assigned to drive a personal vehicle proof of insurance is required in addition to a valid drivers license. Work experience preferred but not required other than clinical experience within educational training program. Must be able to lift 50 pounds assist with 100 pounds may be required to push up to 300 pounds. Must be willing to work at other locations as assigned.
