Inventory Customer Sales Coordinator – Warsaw, IN

Kelly Project Services group, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking an Inventory Customer Sales Coordinator for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Warsaw, IN.

This role is a full-time, and fully benefitted position. As a Kelly Project Services employee, you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. You will also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation, and sick/personal time. All Kelly employees receive annual performance reviews.

Title: Inventory Customer Sales Coordinator

Location: Warsaw, IN (46582) or West Chester, PA (19380) or other client location

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm, must be flexible for early or later shift

Pay: Open (includes comprehensive benefit and PTO package)

Duration: 1 year contract with possible extension

Job Description: Collaborate with local sales teams on process for open order collection and customer solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local sales teams on process for open order collection and customer solutions.

  • Key Account Management - connect with and manage key customer stakeholders.

  • Develop inventory redistribution plans program to support Commercial Transformation initiatives

  • Partners cross functionally with Joint Recon Commercial Leadership and ISO Networks to successfully execute focused Inventory program

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 2+ Years Experience in Orthopedic Medical Device preferred

  • 2+ Years in Inventory Management

  • Microsoft Office - Proficiency Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.

  • 2+ years experience ERP Systems - SAP

  • Strong communication skills and detail oriented.

  • Degree preferred

  • 2yrs experience preferred

  • Business & Analytical Acumen

  • Experience with MS Excel and/or Power BI

  • Attention to Detail

  • Interpersonal skills - Partner/Liaise with FSO Operations and Selling teams

  • Project coordination (of Inventory to be returned)

  • Joint Recon product knowledge preferred
