Marvin Grinding Room - Operator II (Day Shift) in Warroad, Minnesota

Description

This person will be responsible for performing precision grinding duties to accommodate all machine operations throughout the Wood Processing Product Group. Our Grinding Technicians are responsible for maintaining the blades that are used in our moulders in our Wood Processing Product Group.

Highlights of your role

  • Use of essential tools to perform grinding procedures on heads that are in need to keep all operational functions going in WPPG to mee all scheduled needs.

  • Use of essential calibration tools to ensure quality driven functions

You are a good fit if you have

  • Willingness to learn and be cross trained in various areas of the tool room

  • The ability to communicate in oral or written directions to carry out essential grinding functions, and work with operators to provide assistance when needed

  • Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs 10-15 times per shift

  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment

Schedule

5:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Thursday, and any required overtime
