The Hygenic Corporation Sales Analyst in Warrenville, Illinois

The Sales Analyst is responsible for the analysis and reporting of the company’s financial performance, as well as master data maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of attention to detail, a strong excel background and a proven track record for delivering reporting and analysis within a financial environment.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide data for business review presentations, and any other administrative sales support

  • Analyze sales data as requested by management using NetSuite, Profit Optics and Excel

  • Provide analytical support to National Accounts and departments including but not limited to pricing analysis, business review presentations and other sales or marketing analysis needs

  • Write queries and perform analytical projects including program analysis, cost of goods sold, cost of margin analysis, and financial analysis

  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports to management

  • Manage execution of the customer line item exception pricing process and other pricing procedures as needed

  • Manage and maintain customer purchasing platforms for the organization.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3-5 years previous experience as a sales analyst or related financial experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Access (or a strong understanding of relational database

  • systems), Power Point, Word, and Oracle or SQL systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, MIS or Business Management

  • Previous experience working with pricing analysis a plus

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Detail oriented and excellent skills in multi-tasking

  • Outstanding Customer Service skills

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, logical thinking, and intuitive skills
