Our team is dedicated to maintaining a high level of professionalism, managing risk, improving operations and maintenance, ensuring exceptional IT service quality, and preparing for future challenges. With primary operating locations in Warrenton, VA, San Antonio, TX and Colorado Springs, CO, the Lone Wolf program supports users around the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy.

  • Create, update, and curate content in our knowledge base, including technical documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with IT engineers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to capture relevant information.

  • Ensure that knowledge articles are organized logically and tagged appropriately for easy retrieval.

  • Generate, monitor, and analyze knowledge usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Train team members on knowledge management processes and tools.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

  • Develop organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI

  • At least 5 years' experience as a Knowledge Manager or similar role within an IT environment.

  • Familiarity in MS Office products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity concepts.

  • IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco).
