JOB SUMMARY Lead the development and implementation of robust financial strategies and policies across the company and subsidiaries. Provide financial guidance to executive leadership and business units, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, contribute to strategic planning, manage special projects, and supervise financial services personnel. Essential functions include financial strategy development, leadership, strategic planning, and team management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop and implement robust financial strategies and policies across Fullsight and SAE International and subsidiaries. Oversee financial management, accounting, analysis and reporting processes, accounts payable, travel and expense reimbursement, payroll, cash receipts and monthly and year end closings; ensuring compliance with domestic and global audit, tax, and statutory requirements. Collaborate with the CFO, Audit and Risk Committee, Administrative Trustees Committee, Finance Committee and various Boards. Provide financial guidance to executive and senior leadership and business units. Contribute to strategic planning and manage special projects with significant operational or financial impact. Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investment managers and other key financial partners. Serve on the Senior Leadership Team and actively participate in strategic planning and culture-building for the organization. Manage the SAE International annual Business Plan process. Oversee the Fullsight annual Business Plan process. Supervise and lead employees of the Financial Services Business Unit, advancing quality and customer service. Additional projects as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance 15 years experience in accounting or related field, with 10 years of supervisory experience CPA or CMA designation Experience in public accounting and/or internal auditing Ability to research highly complex and technical accounting and taxation laws, rules and regulations Strong decision-making ability and ability to work independently under pressure. Diverse knowledge of business disciplines including accounting, finance, investments, insurance, taxation and business law Up to date knowledge of accounting standards, federal and state taxes and general accounting regulations Ability to motivate and build an enthusiastic workforce Excellent communication, customer and relationship skills Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Monitor results of a $150M+ operating budget and make recommendations to ensure targets are met Manage a payroll function of $50M+ Manage a liquidity investment fund of approximately $5M Monitor results of investment portfolios with a total value in excess of $120M

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 20+ years experience in accounting or related field, with 10 years of supervisory experience Big 4 accounting experience WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to travel 10% of the time.
