Federated Hermes SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST in Warrendale, Pennsylvania

 

POSITION TITLE:     SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

 

MAJOR DUTIES:

  • Provide business analysis support as needed for Information Security business area.
  • Determine and document business objectives and translate business objectives into documented business and functional requirements.
  • Perform analysis, prepare functional specifications, and conduct functional testing for approved projects.  Coordinate, review, and validate this work when prepared by project team members.
  • Facilitate the business/functional aspects of design, development, testing, implementation, and/or problem resolution.
  • Facilitate communication between Information Security, GTO and broader business areas regarding information technology and business initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively across multiple functional areas to achieve desired results.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience required; Master's degree in Information Technology Business field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years business systems analysis experience required; which includes:  proficiency with business analysis methodologies, such as requirements elicitation and documentation
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience required; subject matter expertise in Cyber Security and related Cyber technologies / applications preferred
  • Proficiency in understanding business needs and practices for information security required
  • Knowledge of database-oriented analysis tools and techniques, especially SQL, is preferred

HOURS/LOCATION: 

  • 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Overtime as required)
  • Hybrid schedule
  • Warrendale, PA 15086
  • Will be required to work at various Federated Hermes locations, notably Pittsburgh location (15222)
