DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Work with Power BI application to develop dashboards and reports that can be used by the Supply Chain leadership to make procurement decisions. * Analyze reports and data related to supply chain. * Assist in reviewing data on Coherent supply chain emissions, including the application of industry standard emissions factors, supplier specific emissions factors, and the proper categorization of the emissions into various Scope 3 categories. * Complete other projects and duties related to sustainable procurement as assigned.

Education & Experience * Currently enrolled in college in the following areas of study: Business Administration, Supply Chain discipline * Two years of work experience (including relevant internships)

Skills * Strong written and spoken English required * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Strong understanding of supply chain practices. * Proficiency in Microsoft software (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel) with ability to learn Power BI. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the fields of business development and sustainability. * Reliable, high speed internet connection is required.

Working Conditions * Working hours are normal business hours Monday - Friday, 28-32 hours per week. Exact schedule to be aligned with supervisor. * Occasional early mornings or late nights as necessary to interact with colleagues, customers, or suppliers across global time zones. * Travel may be required.

Physical Requirements * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
