DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Electron Microscopy Technologies (EMT) is the world leading manufacturer of high-quality instrumentation and software for imaging and analysis in TEM and SEM applications. Key Responsibilities * Manage global team of Sales Administration Professionals * Mentor and lead team, provide technical and idustry expertise, guidance, and support * Sales order entry, including export control compliance screening for US and America * Review global sales orders to ensure quality of product configuration, terms, or other relevant order details * Maintain order entry error log and analyze the data to provide metrics and identify opportunities for training or process improvement * Provide training and coaching as needed to team * Coordinate and collaboration with internal customer teams in the following areas: * Order entry, CRM & ERP SOPs, process improvements, software license issues and new version release notifications, production shipment schedule, PO acceptance, payment and shipping terms approval, engineering compatibility, configuration and SPR release, Marketing exhibition and general Marcomm support as needed * Consignment inventory management * Assist with integration of CRM and ERP systems * Management of critical documentation such as SOPs, Engineering and Marketing documents

Key Qualificiation and Abilities: * Ability to develop, implement and manage policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and cleanliness of the CRM with marketing, sales and product teams * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to assist and report on the order process, tracking, quality, completeness and delivery * Ability to collaborate with and influence team members at all levels of the organization * Ability to research, understand, and analyze data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process * Ability to coach, train, and develop direct reporting team

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required: concentration in business administration, marketing or finance preferred * 5-10 years experience in Sales Operations * 5+ years of people management preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software: strong preference for SalesForce * Experience supporting a scientific instrument company strongly preferred
