ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential enterprise clients, understanding their professional development needs and proposing tailored solutions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to ensure long-term partnerships Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's professional development offerings, including courses, workshops, and other educational programs. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the professional development sector. Team Collaboration: Collaborate and mentor sales team members, fostering a co-operative environment to meet team objectives. Customization of Solutions: Work closely with the product development and delivery teams to customize solutions that meet specific client needs. Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management with insights and recommendations for improvement. MIMIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 8+ Enterprise Sales Experience, 10 years preferred. Experience in professional development domain Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the professional development, education, or training sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively. Strong leadership and team management skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools, SalesForce.com Established network in automotive and aerospace industry preferred.
