Woodland Meadows Apartments Property Maintenance in Warren, Ohio

Woodland Meadows Apartments (55+ Community) is currenlty seeking applicants for a property maintenace worker. General job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • General property maintenance and upkeep
  • Light carpentry, plumbing and electrical
  • Painting interior and exterior of apartment units
  • Mowing grass with a ZTR mower
  • Keeping area free of litter and debris
  • Clearing sidewalks of snow and ice during the winter months.
  • On-call for after hours emergencies
  • Other duties as assigned by the property manager.
Full-time, starting pay of $20.00/hr
