Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.Experience must include gathering and analyzing information to define product specifications; defining product specifications and/or strategy; reviewing design specifications; communicating product strategy and functionality; reviewing product documentation and collateral; and ensuring successful product releases based on corporate priorities. Duties entail work with Oracle Banking Platform, Oracle BPA, Oracle BPM, SQL, Siebel Retail Finance Banking Application and Flexcube.Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, MIS, CIS, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related plus 7 years of experience in the field.
