This position is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategy and effective account management for a strategic customer or group of customers in an effort to increase sales and profitability for Bosch Service Solutions, North America. The position is focused on strategic selling activities, such as identifying new business opportunities, creating differentiated programs, preparing and presenting business proposals, participating in trade shows and building strategic customer relationships to create value for our customers, maximize sales penetration, and obtain optimum market share across all Bosch professional Tool and Equipment aftermarket product categories. This position will focus on developing Fleet related accounts
Detailed responsibilities will include:
Conduct evaluation of customer potential and develop business account plans to achieve complete penetration of multiple product categories while expanding sales and profitable growth with the customer.
Develop and execute a strategy for growing our fleet business leveraging your experience of the fleet market and customer requirements.
Formulate sales strategy by determining sales projections and performance goals that are consistent with achieving all of the strategic account sales and marketing objectives.
Conduct market research to remain familiar with industry trends and competitive activity in the marketplace and within the customer.
Regularly visit customer and develop positive relationships with key contacts at account site(s) and within the customer’s sales force. Network within customer organization so that they are aware of and reliant upon all of Bosch Service Solutions capabilities and resources.
Effectively communicate information within the customer sales team, customer account staff and Bosch senior management on a regular basis.
Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years related experience including understanding of the automotive aftermarket; Fleet experience preferred.
Ability to develop a thorough understanding of Robert Bosch practices, products and customers
Knowledge of competitive business environment related to automotive service Tools and Equipment.
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with ability to author presentations and reports for senior management
Comprehensive knowledge and strong skills with MS Office applications, financial modeling expertise, written reports, database analysis, and SAP experince.
