Accounts Payable Clerk
ATS Scientific Products is expanding our team and have immediate opening for anAccounts Payable/Receivable Associatein our Warminster, PA location!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter invoices into the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner
Prepares AP payments wires ACHs checks
Reconcile vendor statements
Answers all vendor inquiries by phone or email
Prepares analysis of accounts as needed
Assists in the monthly close process including reconciling the AP subledger to the general ledger
Assists with special projects as needed
Develop good relationships with vendors
Work with purchasing to straighten out discrepancies in the 3 way match process
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience or combination of education and experience required
3-5 years accounts payable or related work experience required
Previous experience with accounting software systems required
Must have a general knowledge of accounting and understanding of the general ledger accounts and how they relate to invoices

Refrain from removing or altering safety devices or guarding unless hazardous energies are controlled through lockout-tagout methods
Report any unsafe conditions or unsafe acts
Report defect in any equipment or protective device
Ensure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasks
Attend all required health, safety and environmental training
Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor
Assist in investigating accidents/incidents
Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct
