Description

We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be handling a variety of tasks centered around revenue cycle management, including accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts receivable and cash management processes

• Handle complex Excel reconciliations, utilizing pivot tables for efficient data management

• Contribute to the month-end close process and general ledger management

• Identify discrepancies in financial data and work towards resolution

• Break down cash transactions for accurate record-keeping

• Utilize billing and invoice reporting systems effectively

• Provide client services analyst support for program billings

• Operate and manage multiple accounting software systems

• Perform analytical tasks related to annual revenue, deferred revenue, and company revenue recognition

• Conduct thorough account reconciliations, including bank account reconciliations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrated expertise in Auditing

• Familiarity with Billing Functions

• Ability to perform Account Reconciliation

• Proficiency in Bank Account Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliations

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Pivot Table

• Understanding of General Accounting principles

• Experience with Annual Revenue, Deferred Revenue, and Company Revenue Recognition

• Ability to Analyze Revenues

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
