What you'll do

Our team supports the skill transformation and evolution for the consulting organization with over 20,000 colleagues worldwide. Hence, you will be supporting the Enablement Architects on the team regarding the knowledge exchange in many ways:

  • By hosting info sessions for our global virtual communities

  • Managing content on the community platforms

  • Organizing internal training events

  • Supporting campus recruiting activities at universities in planning and execution

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science or Psychology

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), ideal but not necessary: SharePoint

  • Language skills: fluent German AND English

  • Soft skills: Very good communication skills, team player, analytical thinking, service-orientation

  • Others: Affinity for IT & Learning

Meet your team

In our board area we are supporting our customers in the design, implementation and optimization of their companys IT solution and technology landscape. We support our customers in their core business on all levels, including strategy, process design and implementation as well as their corresponding IT landscape while moving to the Cloud. With the most current knowledge, innovative services and the use of modern methods, we will prepare our customers to future developments, minimize risks, promote growth strategies and foster innovation.

Our business unit comprises more than 20,000 colleagues globally, who support our customers as consultants or engineers who deliver engagements, projects and services. Our Skill Management team supports all kinds of internal enablement, ranging from designing, developing and delivering internal training programs, to knowledge exchange in virtual global communities and specific initiatives, e.g. onboarding programs for new hires. In addition, we drive adoption of our underlying internal skill database SPEAK. We search for a working student / intern to support these activities.

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
