What you'll do

As a working student in the GCS Innovation Office you will support the project lead team. We work globally and across all regions.

Your role will have the following tasks:

  • Support the project lead team with research and monitoring topics

  • Showing expertise in handling office and project management tooling

  • Designing inspiring, story driven presentations (e.g. PowerPoint)

  • Support in topics like Budget planning

  • Support in planning internal and external Events

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) of a German university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred field(s) of study: Business administration, Marketing, Communications, Design or similar

  • Computer skills: Strong knowledge of software applications, e.g. MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • General interest in research

  • Ability to work in a virtual and international environment with strong intercultural proficiency.

  • Project management skills e.g. Jira, Scrum are a plus

Soft skills:

  • Creativity

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High level of commitment and initiative

  • Fun working in a team

  • Fluency in English and German - additional languages would be a plus

Meet your team

The Innovation Office within the Global Cloud Services (GCS) organization is looking for a working student to support the project lead team.

The set-up of GCS's Innovation Office is highly interdisciplinary to understand the current challenges, and trade-offs, learn about and keep up with state-of-the-art datacenter designs, and find opportunities to improve data centers by tailoring such designs to the demands of SAPs cloud offerings.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
