The Senior Systems Administrator - nCino/Salesforce supports and administers the bank's critical business applications through best practices. This role will be responsible for leading the ongoing development, configuration, administration, and support of nCino applications across all business line channels. Service as a technical SME for the Salesforce platform and provides hands-on support for new development and maintenance of nCino, Salesforce, and related applications. In addition, identify improvements to address problem areas or inefficiencies and plan necessary system changes and upgrades to meet growing business needs. In this role you will have the opportunity to: Provide daily support and maintenance of nCino platform and related applications to meet evolving business needs. Design and implement business processes using standard/custom objects and fields, including formula fields, page layouts, and security rules. Analyze nCino platform features, releases, and upgrades to align with organizational vision and achieve maximum business impact. Administer technical system parameters to meet business needs following established procedures. Oversee system change requests and facilitate internal system user group meetings as requested. Evaluate the impact of new features on the nCino and Salesforce platform and associated applications, data flows, and workflows. Collaborate with business and technical support teams for issue resolution and knowledge creation. Document procedures for installation, upgrades, customizations, system flows, and data flows. Stay current on new features in nCino and related applications, including major and minor releases, sandbox refreshes, for nCino, Salesforce, and related applications. Analyze enhancement requests on existing systems and recommends solutions and/or options. Use advanced configuration for process automation and solution enhancement. Lead feature and bug prioritization efforts with stakeholders to achieve the highest benefit to the organization. Research, analyze, and recommend cost effective technical alternatives and problem solutions. Manage software testing process which includes developing and managing the test plans. Develop system and functional requirements and associated acceptance criteria to be used in test cases. Offer technical expertise on various aspects of the nCino platform. Monitor and ensure performance uptime and maintainability of systems. Make recommendations to eliminate future production problems or service outages. Coach, mentor, and train others as system subject matter expert. Develop and or revise procedures, identifying and acting on opportunities for continuous improvement. Education requirements Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science or other related field required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered) Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, nCino Consumer, Small Business and Commercial function and or Certification highly preferred Experience of Apex and Financial Services Cloud preferred Experience requirements 4 or more years of experience maintaining and servicing nCino/Salesforce platforms through advanced configura
