Trinity Solar...recognized as a top 2022 Solar Contractor by Solar world.The Customer Experience Coordinator assists customers with any concerns they have about their solar project, post installation. The team handles escalated customer cases that are moved up from Project Concierge, Operations Management, RVPs, or online reviews. Client Resources specializes in de-escalating highly sensitive situations and advocating for the Trinity Solar customer with the goal of preventing any customer case going to the Legal department or online to complain. Client Resources also serves as a resource for PCs, Sales Success and Operations Management to help resolve issues with management. The Jr. Specialist will learn from more senior specialists on the team so they can grow within the department. Roles & Responsibilities Manage and document all customer calls to resolve any concerns Analyze and research customer concerns, identifying potential solutions Maintain consistent communication with customers, informing them of updates Utilize organizational and time management skills to prioritize daily tasks and goals Influence and negotiate with internal departments to advocate for the customers case Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of direct or related experience Well organized, highly detail oriented Passionate about Customer Service Approaches their work with a professional, no-nonsense approach supported by keen negotiation and collaboration skills Capable of handling stressful situations and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
