Level:  3 Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Description The Warehouse III position assists in accurately completing orders according to Standard Operating Procedures. The Warehouse team works together to pile down, pick, pack and ship product to clients. At the Warehouse III level team members are proficient and able to work independently to ensure that all orders are picked, packed, and loaded correctly and sent out per schedule. Warehouse III team members must be willing and able to cross-train into any Warehouse role. Warehouse III team members are required to have a valid Hilo permit.

Warehouse team members follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE: safety glasses and steel toe shoes. The team works safely to ensure that employees do not harm themselves or others. The team uses care and respect to ensure that company resources (time, equipment, property, etc.) are used appropriately. The team works together to keep the distribution area clean.

All team members are required to support the Tubelite Continuous Improvement and Lean Culture. This includes: standardizing work, actively participating in team meetings, actively participating on problems solving and Kaizen teams, and submitting suggestions to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity. In addition, team members strive to sustain and improve the 5S Workplace Organization (Scan/Sort, Set-in-Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain).

Loader II Train and lead junior Loaders Complete required paperwork Verify work orders to identify correct materials for each truck Scrap product according to documented procedure Load product for shipment according to work order Pick Doors and Frames to be loaded Operate power industrial equipment ie Hilo, Crane, side loader

Labeler I Order packaging supplies on a daily basis Scrap product according to documented procedure Use Fastlook program to identify different profiles Operate power industrial equipment ie Hilo, Crane, side loader Utilize and navigate JDE system

Crib I Ensure that all hardware is received, stored and distributed properly Distribute incoming P-parts to correct locations Package and kit hardware for work orders Assemble door kits Prepare and stage hardware for assembly lines Restock storage areas Assist with incidental packing, shipping and receiving Ensure proper storage and record control in the crib Process incoming and outgoing UPS shipments

Warehouse Support I Perform warehouse duties as assigned Pick product for shipment Pack product for shipment Count units and checks product identity per pick lists Load product for shipment Operate power industrial equipment ie Hilo, Crane, side loader

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret Work Orders and Standard Operating Procedures Basic math skills Ability to obtain a power industrial equipment permit Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Excellent demonstrated attendance and dependability Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer demands Ability to walk for minimum of 8 hours Ability to frequently move product up to 75 pounds Ability to frequently bend, lift, push, pull, and twist while carrying product Previous warehouse, shipping, distribution or receiving experience Hilo permit
