  • Ensuring that we on-board and fulfil customer requests efficiently. Whilst also balancing the needs of the business, to deliver a truly excellent customer experience.

  • Collaborating is crucial when working internal teams including Sales, Legal, Compliance & technology. Demonstrating this will ensure that we onboard and fulfil customer requests. Doing this within our desired turnaround times and most importantly exceed customer expectations.

  • communicating clearly and accurately in all our interactions. Ensuring the team are seen to be both consistent in the messages being delivered & experts in what we do.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate good analytical & organisational skills

  • Demonstrate excellent work ethic and drive to succeed

  • Be self-motivated with ability to work well within a team, high levels of personal accountability.

  • Show ability to communicate effectively and persuade and influence a range of stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for customers.
