JOB DUTIES

  • Responsible for document control including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs, associated tracking processes, and developing estimates.
  • Complete meeting minutes and updates.
  • Responsible for procurement of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Project planning and implementation of activities and coordinating with subcontractors and Rudolph Libbe employees.
  • Responsible for providing estimates, contract administration, and managing project cost controls.
  • Travel to local jobsites as required by the project managers and superintendents.

     

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
  • Must have at least 6 months of experience in the Construction industry and Demonstrated knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications.
