Staffmark Shipping and Receiving Associate in Waite Park, Minnesota

Join our dynamic team at Pro Staff in Waite Park, MN, where we're currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate. We offer competitive pay rates, starting at $17 per hour, with the potential for an increase based on experience. The available shift is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations. Responsibilities include processing parcel shipments, accurately entering shipment weights and dimensions into our shipping software, and ensuring precise Ship To information. Additionally, you'll manage LTL shipments, utilize online calculators to determine freight class, and handle shipping charges and tracking information. In addition to these core tasks, you'll pull and box small parts orders, verify incoming inventory, and check items into our inventory system. You'll also prepare inventory for storage, enter serial numbers into orders, print serial number decals and box labels, and pack small parts into bags. Furthermore, you'll provide valuable support by assisting with small assemblies and offering backup for phone answering duties, including taking and relaying quality messages.
