We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in civil engineering to lead our diverse range of projects, including site development, grading, drainage, wastewater, drinking water, and Department of Defense projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery, demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to manage complex engineering challenges. **

ESSENTIAL JOB

FUNCTIONS:

  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects from start to finish.
  • Lead projects involving site development, grading, drainage, wastewater treatment, and potable water systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Department of Defense standards.
  • Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets to achieve deliverables within time and cost constraints.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Provide expert guidance on engineering principles and practices to project teams.

EDUCATION/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site development and water resources.
  • Demonstrated experience with Department of Defense projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

*LOCATION: Honolulu, HI *SALARY RANGE: $125,000 - $185,000 per year depending on experience
