Our Floor Technicians are seasoned professionals with a positive attitude, experienced floor care knowledge, and great work ethic. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Walkthroughs / Estimates / Proposals
  • Power washing
  • Capet cleaning
  • Stripping and waxing
  • Report photos and documentation

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience of 2-5 years
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Minimum age 18, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and if hired, random drug testing
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
  • Flexible and adapt well to change
  • Team Player

  • Honest and trustworthy, able to work both independently and in a team
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new techniques
