Job responsibilities:This position will provide services by replenishing essential items in the food services area and dining areas. Will assist with the stocking or food and beverage items and set up cafeteria lines and may be responsible for serving meals. Assist in the storage and inventory of supplies; transfer food ingredients and make available for the meal preparation. Clean food service area, tables and kitchen equipment and appliances as required.

Essential functions:

  1. Assist in the preparation of foods; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
  2. Prepare vegetables, salads, meats, breads, and desserts as instructed or routinely set forth in an appetizing and appealing manner.
  3. Assist in washing dishes/utensils, and store in orderly fashion.
  4. Assist with service area daily which includes keeping refrigerators, floors, and food carts clean.
  5. Promote and support positive customer service.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must obtain ServSafe Certification within 90 days of employment.
  • A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management.
